A beautiful time to slow down and regain strength after childbirth with baby in arms reach. A feminine style of yoga, turning inward and honoring your body which includes: learning yoga poses holding baby, sensory sing, play and massage with baby at the end of class and a place to meet other new mums in your area. All ages welcome.

Our Postnatal and Closing of the Bones treatments include a full body massage specifically focussing on the abdominal region and uses warm oil wraps that aid in muscle recovery and the restoration of a body's energy.
